FREE DIRECT DEMAND: Personalized letter to debtor, sent by Invest Services Company in client's behalf. There is no charge for any monies received or merchandise returned in the first ten days

WE REQUEST YOU SPECIFY TEN DAY SERVICE, OTHERWISE PERSONAL COLLECTION SERVICE WILL BEGIN IMMEDIATELY.

PERSONAL COLLECTION SERVICE: Immediate personal contact with debtor, using firm, yet tactful efforts. Our goal at Invest Services is to resolve your account as quickly and efficiently as possible.

FORWARDING OR ATTORNEY SERVICE: Forwarding accounts to attorneys, located in debtor's area. Combined charges, contingent upon collection, for both attorneys and Invest Services is 25%.

If there are additional charges by attorneys, this will be subject to client's approval. Costs of filing suit are the responsibility of the client, and suit requirements will be sent to client for their consideration.

Merchandise accepted by Client is considered a direct settlement, and subject to a value of 50% of the return. The 50% value will then be charged the aforementioned rates.

Invest Services Company shall have the right to endorse for deposit payments received in the name of, and in behalf of the client. Authorized charges are then deducted from our remittance to the client.
