of Darrell Miller and the collection team at Invest
Services Company.
I have dealt with Darrell for many years and have
always found him to be professional and fair minded.
His experience and background give him the knowledge
to effectively handle any delinquent or bad debt customer
that I turn over to him. He stays with the case until
the money is collected, it has been turned over to
an attorney, or he determines that there are no funds
or assets available for collection. He never makes
a move on a customer without first consulting me, although
I usually agree with his recommendations.
Perhaps the biggest benefit of Darrell’s services
is his quick response. He has never failed to provide
prompt updates of the various accounts that I have
placed with him. New account placement results in an
initial report within days and continual notes and
e-mails updating me on his progress. When it is found
that nothing more can be done, Darrell does not waste
time, but lets me know right away. This is a big help,
as I never have “pending accounts”, I am
always up to date and know which of the accounts he
is handling can be collected and which constitute bad
debt. If legal proceedings begin, Darrell continues
to follow the case and act as liaison between myself
and the lawyer handling the case, providing updates
within 24 hours of my request.
