rates and fees

All collection work is done on a contingency basis....if the account is not collected, we do not charge any fees.

Charges, contingent upon collection are:

Accounts assigned and amounts collected on $200.00 and under, 40%

Accounts assigned and amounts collected on $201.00 up to $1,000.00, 25%

Sums in excess of $1,000.00 collected, 20%

Forwarding accounts to attorneys, located in debtor's area. Combined charges, contingent upon collection, for both attorneys and Invest Services is 25%.

Merchandise accepted by Client is considered a direct settlement, and subject to a value of 50% of the return. The 50% value will then be charged the aforementioned rates.
